Dispatch

NickVault UK holds stock in the UK. Orders are normally picked and dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed after working hours, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

UK delivery rates

• Free UK tracked delivery: qualifying orders over £30.
• Standard UK delivery: £2.99.

The available delivery options and final charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates supplied by the carrier and may vary during busy periods, severe weather or events outside our control. Please allow extra time around bank holidays.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before completing checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and delivery postcode. We will review the tracking information and help resolve the issue.
